高校辅导员是“三全育人”工作的“引领者”“实施者”,是“全员育人”的主要“执行者”。新时代“三全育人”视角下高校辅导员育人工作,必须多个角度、多个方面深度探索思政育人的新型培育模式。要积极转变与优化教育教学理念、创新发展德育方式方法;立足于未来职业生涯规划的理想信念教育教学;构建“以文化人、育人”的教育品牌;灵活使用现代化技术,建设网络育人新平台。

College counselors play a pivotal role as“guides”and“implementers”of holistic education,serving as the main“executors”of holistic education.From the perspective of holistic education in the new era,college counselors must explore new models of ideological and political education from various dimensions.Efforts should focus on transforming and optimizing educational concepts,innovating moral education methods,emphasizing career planning and ideals education,creating a brand of“culture-driven education,”and leveraging modern technology to establish new online education platforms.
