浅谈如何深化油田内控工作

On Deepening Oilfield Internal Control

随着油田内控工作的深入开展,内部控制体系逐步建立健全,有效防控了油田改革发展中的重大重要风险。近年来,内控管理体系建设滞后于改革发展进程,与新形势新任务不相适应,存在的困难和问题形成“瓶颈”,对经营管理工作造成制约。通过系统分析目前油田内控工作基本情况、存在问题,针对问题从制度设计、制度运行和业务统筹等三个方面,提出解决问题的措施建议,为今后油田内控工作的开展提供参考。

With the deepening of internal control in oilfields,the internal control system has gradually been established and improved,effectively preventing major risks in the reform and development of oilfields.In recent years,the building of internal control management system has lagged behind the process of reform and development,not adapting to the new situation and tasks,and the difficulties and issues that exist have formed a“bottleneck”,which has restricted the management.By systematically analyzing the current situation and existing issues of internal control in oilfields,measures and suggestions for addressing issues are proposed from three aspects:system design,system operation,and business coordination,to provide reference for the future development of internal control in oilfields.
