随着数字化和全球化的加速发展,财务共享模式已经成为企业优化财务流程、提升效率的重要手段。从财务共享管理模式的特点出发,通过分析财务共享模式给财务工作带来的机遇和挑战,提出了财务人员转型的三个具体方向,并对财务人员转型给出了职业角色定位和系统知识学习的优化建议。

With the accelerated development of digitization and globalization,financial shared mode has become an important means for enterprises to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.Starting from the characteristics of financial shared management mode,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by financial shared mode to finance,proposes three specific directions for the transformation of financial personnel,and gives optimization suggestions for the role positioning and systematic knowledge learning of financial personnel transformation.
