西冯街煤业复采煤层巷道支护技术

摘要 为研究西冯街煤业3号煤层4、5采区的复采支护工艺,采用简支梁理论计算采用架棚支护时工字钢间距,利用FLAC^(3D)进行数值模拟验算,根据设计施工工艺,采用顶板离层计和多点位移计对巷道稳定性进行监测。结果表明:巷道采用工字钢棚间距1.56 m的架棚支护方案后,顶底板和两帮移近量最大值分别由610 mm、400 mm降至128 mm、102 mm,围岩最大压应力由7.28 MPa降至5.53 MPa,巷道顶底板未出现塑性破坏,两帮应力集中情况得到改善;围岩位移量在第73天左右保持稳定,巷道顶板离层量在第80天左右保持稳定,运输槽巷顶底板、两帮最大移近量分别为158 mm和122 mm,回风巷顶底板、两帮最大移近量分别为187 mm和142 mm。 In order to study the remining support process of the 4th and 5th mining areas of the 3rd coal seam in Xifengjie Coal Industry,the simply supported beam theory is used to calculate the I-beam spacing when using frame shed support.FLAC^(3D) is used for numerical simulation check calculation.According to the designed construction process,the stability of the roadway is monitored using the roof layer separation meter and multi-point displacement meter.The results show that after adopting the I-shaped steel shed support scheme with a spacing of 1.56 m in the tunnel,the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates and the two sides decreased from 610 mm and 400 mm to 128 mm and 102 mm,respectively.The maximum compressive stress of the surrounding rock decreased from 7.28 MPa to 5.53 MPa.There was no plastic damage to the top and bottom plates of the tunnel,and the stress concentration on the two sides was improved.The displacement amount of the surrounding rock remains stable around the 73rd day,and the layer separation amount of the roadway roof remains stable around the 80th day.The maximum displacement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the transportation roadway are 158 mm and 122 mm,respectively.The maximum displacement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the return air roadway are 187 mm and 142 mm,respectively.
