高地压巷道修复加固技术研究

摘要 为解决深部矿井巷道结构不稳固、围岩变形大引起的巷道维护困难问题,以顾桥矿北二11-2盘区煤层回风巷为工程背景,深入研究巷道围岩变形控制机理,根据巷道的受力特点及围岩破坏原因提出合理的巷道修复加固方案,综合采用调动深部围岩参与承载的锚索主动加固技术、提高顶板支护刚度的锚索纵横组合布置技术、恢复巷道围岩完整性的喷注浆加固技术、修复强度一次到位的强化加固技术和分区段优化加固技术,对巷道进行加固修复;利用巷道表面形貌观测、钻孔窥视及变形观测等手段,对巷道修护应用效果进行分析。结果表明,巷道顶板下沉量和两帮移近量得到改善,切实解决了11-2盘区煤层回风巷大变形、围岩结构不稳定问题,对采动应力影响下高地压巷道围岩的变形控制具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of roadway maintenance difficulties caused by the unstable structure of deep mine roadway and large deformation of surrounding rock,taking the coal seam return air roadway in the north two 11-2 panel area of Guqiao Mine as the engineering background,the deformation control mechanism of the roadway surrounding rock is deeply studied.According to the stress characteristics of the roadway and the reasons for surrounding rock damage,a reasonable roadway repair and reinforcement plan is proposed.The comprehensive use of anchor cable active reinforcement technology that mobilizes deep surrounding rock to participate in bearing,anchor cable vertical and horizontal combination arrangement technology that improves the stiffness of roof support,spray grouting reinforcement technology that restores the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock,strengthening reinforcement technology that repairs strength in one go,and segmented optimization reinforcement technology are used to reinforce and repair the roadway;analyze the application effect of roadway maintenance and repairation by using ways such as surface morphology observation,drilling peeping,deformation observation and so on.The results show that the subsidence amount of the roadway roof and the displacement amount of the two sides are improved,effectively solving the problems of large deformation and unstable surrounding rock structure of the coal seam return air roadway in the 11-2 panel area,which is of great significance for controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock with high ground pressure under the influence of mining stress.
