矿井提升机智能监控系统在李楼煤矿的应用研究

摘要 针对李楼煤矿提升机系统无集成化监测系统及机械振动监控,提升机运行状态监测准确性差,无法进行集中运行监测和故障预警的现状,以李楼煤矿提升机系统为改造对象,构建了统一的提升机运行状态智能监测和分析平台,通过环境监测和振动监测模块实现对提升机运行环境和机械运行状态的实时监测,通过神经网络技术实现对监测参数的全面分析。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现对所有数据的集中监测和故障预警,对提升机运行故障的监测准确率达到了98.9%,提升了提升机系统的运行稳定性和可靠性,为实现煤矿的全面智能化控制奠定了基础。 In view of the current situation of the lack of integrated monitoring system and mechanical vibration monitoring in the hoist system of Lilou Coal Mine,the monitoring accuracy of hoist operation status is poor,and centralized operation monitoring and fault early warning cannot be carried out.Taking the hoist system of Lilou Coal Mine as the renovation object,a unified intelligent monitoring and analysis platform for hoist operation status is constructed.Real time monitoring of the hoist operation environment and mechanical operation status is achieved through environmental monitoring and vibration monitoring modules,and comprehensive analysis of monitoring parameters is achieved through neural network technology.Practical applications show that this system can achieve centralized monitoring and fault warning of all data,with an accuracy rate of 98.9%for monitoring faults in the operation of the hoist.This has improved the stability and reliability of the hoist system,laying the foundation for achieving comprehensive intelligent control in coal mines.
