摘要
针对高庄煤业提升机钢丝绳采用传统缺陷检测方法,存在检测效率低下、劳动强度大、易发生漏检等问题,运用TRIZ理论设计一种矿用提升机钢丝绳缺陷检测系统。该缺陷检测系统主要由钢丝绳无损检测仪和存储器、钢丝绳缺陷检测系统管理软件组成,管理软件中缺陷识别算法模块及EMD能对采集数据进行处理,生成重构后的LMA和LF波形图,从LMA图中波峰信号可准确判断钢丝绳断丝位置,结合重构谱图中峰值高度能准确判断断丝数量。钢丝绳缺陷检测系统在高庄煤业提升机的实践应用表明,该系统能对钢丝绳断丝位置及断丝数量进行精准判定,检测时间短、效率高、智能化程度高,可有效保障提升机安全、稳定运行,安全经济效益显著。
Aiming at the traditional defect detection method used for the steel wire rope of the downhole hoist in Gaozhuang Coal Industry,which has problems such as low detection efficiency,high labor intensity,easy occurrence of missed detections and so on,a mine hoist steel wire rope defect detection system is designed using TRIZ theory.This defect detection system mainly consists of a steel wire rope non-destructive testing instrument and memory,and a steel wire rope defect detection system management software.The defect recognition algorithm module and EMD in the management software can process the collected data,generate reconstructed LMA and LF waveform diagrams.The peak signal in the LMA diagram can accurately judge the broken wire position of the steel wire rope,and combined with the peak height in the reconstructed spectrum,the number of broken wires can be accurately determined.The practical application of the steel wire rope defect detection system in the hoist of Gaozhuang Coal Industry shows that this system can accurately judge and determine the position and quantity of broken wires in the steel wire rope.The detection time is short,the efficiency is high,and the degree of intelligence is high.It can effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the hoist,and the economic and safety benefits are significant.
