摘要
针对大采高工作面强矿压显现问题,以小庄煤矿40205工作面为工程背景构建顶板破断结构模型分析大采高强矿压显现机理。结果表明:三次来压的支架阻力说明了基本顶的层数在两层或两层以上导致周期来压步距与来压强度呈现大小的周期性强弱变化,支架压力值最大达到了12000 kN,通过计算得出支架上方静载荷为3160 N,关键块发生滑落失稳是40205大采高工作面强矿压现象的根本原因,提出在线监测、工艺调控、顶板管理、支架管理综合防治措施,重点在推进到200 m和646 m时进行全方位防治。微震事件对比表明三次来压的强度呈现递增的趋势且顶板破断高度在向上发展,水力压裂后周期来压步距由26.5m缩短为19m,起到了良好的效果,为同类型矿井强矿压显现问题的解决提供了借鉴思路。
In view of the problem of strong mine pressure behavior in large mining height working face,taking the 40205 working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,a roof fracture structure model is constructed to analyze the mechanism of large mining height strong mine pressure behavior.The results show that the resistance of the support subjected to three compressions indicates that the number of basic roof layers is two or more,leading to periodic strength changes of the periodic weighting step distance and the presented magnitude of compressive strength.The maximum pressure value of the support reaches 12000 kN,through caculation,the static load above the support is obtained to be 3160 N.The sliding instability of the key block is the fundamental reason for the strong mine pressure phenomenon in the 40205 large mining height working face.Comprehensive prevention and control measures such as online monitoring,process regulation and control,roof management,and support management are proposed,with a focus on omnibearing prevention and control when advancing to 200 m and 646 m.The comparison of microseismic events shows that the intensity of the three compressions shows an increasing trend,and the height of roof fracturing is developing upwards.After hydraulic fracturing,the periodic weighting step distance is shortened from 26.5 m to 19 m,which achieves good results and provides a reference for solving the problem of strong mine pressure behavior in similar mines.
