李楼煤矿井下工作面智能化综采系统的应用研究

摘要 针对李楼煤矿在薄煤层工作面综采时空间狭小、作业效率低、安全性差的不足,在对煤矿井下实际情况进行分析后,以3号煤层为研究对象,建立了一个井下可视化监控中心,利用该监控中心实现对井下工作面上各类自动化作业设备运行状态的实时监测和分析。该项目的核心包括了工作面自动化找直控制技术、采煤机的自动化截割控制技术、液压支架的智能化跟机自动运行技术、工作面上的自动化巡检及人员智能定位技术等,实现了对整个作业流程的全面数据监测和分析,提高了井下综采作业的智能化程度。李楼煤矿工作面已经完成了自动化升级,新的系统能够实现减员46.7%、提效38.1%。 In view of the shortcomings of limited space,low operation efficiency,and poor safety in thin coal seam operation face fully mechanized mining of Lilou Coal Mine,after analyzing the actual situation in coal mine downhole,taking the No.3 coal seam as the research object,a downhole visualization monitoring center is established.The monitoring center is used to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of the operation status of various automated operation equipment on the downhole operation face.The core of this project includes automatic straightening control technology for the operation face,automatic cutting control technology for the shearer,intelligent following and automatic operation technology for hydraulic support,automatic inspection and personnel intelligent positioning technology on the operation face,etc,which realizes comprehensive data monitoring and analysis of the entire operation process and improves the intelligence degree of downhole fully mechanized mining operation.The automation upgrade of the operation face in Lilou Coal Mine is completed,and the new system can achieve a staff reduction of 46.7%and an efficiency improvement of 38.1%.
