摘要
基于BIM技术分别实现建筑能耗模拟与建筑采光模拟;并以建筑能耗最小、室内热舒适度评价值最小、空间照度最大化为目标函数,构建建筑节能优化模型,使用NSGA-II算法求解满足三个目标的Pareto最优解集,并优化Pareto最优解集,得到最佳外围护结构设计参数组合的建筑能耗最优解。实验表明:该方法可有效构建建筑能耗模拟BIM建筑模型,获取不同建筑外围护结构设计参数下的建筑结构能耗模拟结果;可依据模拟结果获取Pareto最优解集,得到最佳建筑外围护结构设计参数,助力建筑节能减排。
Based on the BIM technology,the building energy consumption simulation and the building lighting simulation are implemented respectively;and taking the minimum building energy consumption,the minimum indoor thermal comfort evaluation value,and the maximum spatial illuminance as the objective function,the building energy saving optimization model is constructed,and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the Pareto optimal solution set that satisfies the three objectives,and the Pareto optimal solution set is optimized to obtain the optimal design parameters of the best external enclosure structure.The optimal solution of building energy consumption is obtained by optimising the Pareto optimal solution set to get the best combination of envelope design parameters.The experiments show that this method can effectively construct a BIM building model for building energy consumption simulation,obtain the simulation results of building structure energy consumption under different building envelope design parameters;obtain the Pareto optimal solution set based on the simulation results,obtain the optimal design parameters of the building envelope,and help building energy saving and emission reduction.
