摘要
针对推拼同步盾构机利用轴向插入式管片拼装中产生的额外推进时间进行管片拼装的特点,分析了管片拼装机的适应性要求。通过对比多种拼装机方案,最终采用不改变传统大平移拼装主体结构的方案,通过算法和控制使拼装系统具有跟随和补偿双模式,可分别使拼装机主体与盾构机、成环隧道保持静止。针对推拼同步盾构机管片拼装的工况对拼装机平移梁的可靠性进行了分析,可满足推拼同步工作要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of the additional tunneling time for the segment erection caused in the axial insertion segment erection by the tunneling-erecting synchronous shield tunneling machine,the adaptation of segment erector is analyzed.By comparing various segment erector schemes,a scheme not to change the traditional large translation to erect the main structure is ultimately adopted.The erection system has a dual mode of following and compensation through algorithms and control,which can keep the erector stationary with the shield machine and tunnel respectively.Aiming at the working condition of segment erection by this shield machine,the reliability of translating the beam by the segment erector is analyzed,which can meet the requirements of synchronized shield tunneling and segment erecting.
