摘要
随着道路改扩建项目增多,老路路基旧料处理方式成为节能降耗、减少污染、改善生态环境中关键一环。在此背景下将水稳就地再生技术全面推广、应用到道路改扩建工程施工中,通过一体式粉碎、分离、拌合全机械化施工工艺辅以各类运输、摊铺、碾压专业设备。通过试验段论证不同旧料与水泥、矿粉配合比之间的区别,最终选定最合适的掺量、配比,粉碎、拌合、摊铺、碾压时间、碾压遍数及机具选择,切实达到提高道路施工质量、简化施工工序、缩短施工工期,节约施工成本的目的。
With the increasing number of road reconstruction and extension projects,the treatment method of old road subgrade materials has become a key link in energy conservation,consumption reduction,pollution reduction and ecological environment improvement.In this context,the technology of on-site water stabilization and regeneration will be comprehensively promoted and applied to the construction of road reconstruction and extension projects by using a fully mechanized construction process of integrated crushing,separation and mixing plus with all kinds of transportation,paving and rolling professional equipment.By demonstrating the differences between the different mix proportions of old materials,cement and mineral powder in the experimental sections,the most suitable dosage,ratio,crushing,mixing,paving,rolling time,rolling times and equipment are finally selected,which practically reach the goal to improve the quality of road construction,simplify the construction processes,shorten the construction periods and save the construction costs.
