基于BIM+GIS的日照模拟在高架工程中的应用

摘要 随着社会的不断进步,人们对居住舒适度要求越来越高。周边建筑对室内采光遮挡是影响居住舒适度的重要因素。通过研究日照的基本原理,分析了影响日照的主要因素。基于Unity进行了相关日照模拟功能的开发;结合实际高架工程项目,通过BIM建模、倾斜摄影航拍模拟实际的三维空间场景,在Unity中进行最不利情况日照模拟,最后定量分析设计高架桥梁对居民楼的影响,为高架设计方案优化提供有效指导,填补了高架工程领域日照分析模拟的空白,具有较强的实际应用价值。 With the continuous development of society,the people have increasingly higher expectations for living comfort,and the obstruction of indoor daylighting by surrounding buildings is an important factor affecting residential comfort.By studying the basic principle of sunshine,the main factors affecting the sunshine are analyzed.The sunshine simulation function is developed based on Unity.Combined with the actual elevated engineering project,BIM modeling and the oblique photography aerial photography are used to simulate the actual three-dimensional space scene,and the most unfavorable sunshine simulation is carried out in Unity. Finally, the impact of the design of elevated bridges on the residential buildings is quantitatively analyzed, which provides the effective guidance for optimizing the design schemes of the elevated engineering, fills the blank of sunshine analysis and simulation in the elevated engineering field and has the strong practical application value.
