摘要
海洋真菌生活在高盐、高压、低温、弱光的独特海洋环境中,具有结构独特、代谢多样、活性显著等特点,并产生了一系列功能多样、结构新颖的次级代谢产物,是杂萜类化合物的重要来源。海洋真菌体内复杂的次生代谢途径使获得的杂萜类化合物骨架结构多样,具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、酶活性抑制等丰富的生物活性。介绍了海洋真菌来源杂萜类化合物的研究现状,并对其生物合成途径、发酵与分离方法、生物活性等进行了综述,为海洋真菌来源杂萜类化合物的后续研究提供了一定参考。
Living in the unique marine environment of high salt,high pressure,low temperature,and low light,marine fungi often have the characteristics of unique structure,diverse metabolism,and remarkable activity,and can produce a series of secondary metabolites with diverse functions and novel structures,which are important sources of meroterpenoids.The in vivo complex secondary metabolic pathways of marine fungi lead to the diversity of the backbone structures of the produced meroterpenoids,which have rich biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-tumor,and enzyme activity inhibition.In this paper,we introduce the research status of meroterpenoids derived from marine fungi,and review its biosynthetic pathways,fermentation and isolation,and biological activities.The study provides a reference for the future research of meroterpenoids derived from marine fungi.
