羟丙基淀粉植物胶囊的研究

摘要 以羟丙基淀粉(HPS)为主料,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)和海藻酸钠(SA)为增强剂,并辅以凝胶剂和塑化剂,制备了复合植物胶囊HPS/CMC-Na/SA,采用单因素实验和正交实验优化了制备工艺,并通过SEM、FTIR、XRD对其进行表征。结果表明,当HPS加量为85 mg·mL^(-1)、CMC-Na加量为8.5 mg·mL^(-1)、SA加量为4.5 mg·mL^(-1)时,复合植物胶囊的抗拉强度为30.08 MPa,断裂伸长率为14.49%,杨氏模量为1289.77 MPa,800 nm透光率为78.068%,400 nm透光率为63.072%。 Taking hydroxypropyl starch(HPS) as main material,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na) and sodium alginate(SA) as reinforcing agents,and gel and plasticizer as auxiliary agents,we prepared compound plant capsule HPS/CMC-Na/SA.Moreover,we optimized the preparation process by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,and characterized the capsule by SEM,FTIR,and XRD.The results show that,when the dosages of HPS,CMC-Na,and SA are 85 mg·mL^(-1),8.5 mg·mL^(-1),and 4.5 mg·mL^(-1),respectively,the tensile strength of the capsule can reach 30.08 MPa,the elongation at break can reach 14.49%,the Young′s modulus can reach 1 289.77 MPa,the transmittance at 800 nm can reach 78.068%,and the transmittance at 400 nm can reach 63.072%.
