片层状Zn-Cu复合氧化物的制备及抗菌性能研究

摘要 采用煅烧金属有机框架(MOFs)前驱体的方法制备了Zn-Cu复合氧化物,通过TG、XRD、SEM、EDS、HRTEM和SAED等手段表征了其物相组成、微观结构等特性,以革兰氏阴性细菌大肠杆菌和革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌为模型研究了Zn-Cu复合氧化物的抗菌性能,并初步探究了其细胞毒性。结果表明,Zn-Cu复合氧化物具有良好的片层状结构,ZnO在CuO表面均匀分散,且ZnO的加入可能使部分CuO转变为Cu_(2)O;Zn-Cu复合氧化物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抗菌效果,随着CuO含量的增加,抗菌效果增强,但同时对成纤维细胞的毒性增强。 We prepared Zn-Cu composite oxides by calcination of metal organic frameworks(MOFs) precursors,and characterized their phase compositions and microstructures by TG,XRD,SEM,EDS,HRTEM,and SAED.Moreover,we investigated the antibacterial properties of Zn-Cu composite oxides by using Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli and Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus,and conducted a preliminary exploration of their cytotoxicity.The results show that Zn-Cu composite oxides have a good layered structure,ZnO is uniformly dispersed on the surface of CuO,and the addition of ZnO may convert part of CuO into Cu_(2)O.Zn-Cu composite oxides have good antibacterial activity against E.coli and S.aureus.The antibacterial effect is enhanced,meanwhile,the toxicity to fibroblasts is enhanced with the increase of CuO content.
