摘要
采用Ca(OH)_(2)对含铝废渣(RAS)改性,制备改性材料(MAS),对其结构、形貌等进行表征,并考察其对刚果红(CR)的吸附效果。结果表明:当CR初始浓度为100 mg/L,pH=5,投加0.3 g MAS,在25℃水浴中吸附40 min时,CR去除率可以达到99.65%。其对CR的吸附趋势符合二级动力学,吸附等温线满足Freundlich等温线模型。改性后得到的MAS相较于RAS,具有更大的比表面积,其对于CR的作用机制是膜扩散和内扩散相互作用,且膜扩散过程吸附速率最快。
The modified material was prepared by modifying raw aluminum slag(RAS) with Ca(OH)_(2).The results showed that at 25 ℃,when the dosage of modified aluminum slag(MAS) was 0.3g,the initial concentration of Congo red(CR)was 100 mg/L,pH=5 and the adsorption time was 40 min,the CR removal rate was 99.65%.The adsorption trend of CR accorded with the second-order kinetics,and the adsorption isotherm met the Freundlich isotherm model.Compared with RAS,the MAS has a larger specific surface area.Its mechanism of action on CR is the interaction of membrane diffusion and internal diffusion,and the adsorption rate in the membrane diffusion process is the fastest.
