原子荧光光谱法与波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤中不同浓度砷的比对分析

摘要 用水浴消解原子荧光光谱法与X射线荧光光谱法同时分析土壤成分标准物质GBW07457(GSS-28)样品和某批实际土壤样品。土壤成分分析标准物质GBW07457(GSS-28)样品10次检测结果都在准确度要求范围内;对砷含量为6.00~100 mg/kg的214个样品进行了详细的比对分析,发现两种方法检测结果一致性比较好。经过比对分析后,得出以下建议:当样品中砷含量>60.0 mg/kg时,超出原子荧光光谱法曲线范围,高浓度样品稀释会带来误差,则优先选择X射线荧光光谱法;当样品中砷含量为6.00~60.0 mg/kg时,两种方法都可以使用,考虑到X射线荧光光谱法样品前处理便捷,可以同时测量多参数,测量效率高,推荐使用X射线荧光光谱法。 Water bath digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were used to analyze soil composition standard material GBW07457(GSS-28) samples and a batch of actual soil samples at the same time.The results of 10 tests of soil composition analysis standard GBW07457(GSS-28) samples were within the accuracy requirements;214 samples with arsenic content of 6.00mg/kg to 100mg/kg were analyzed in detail by comparison,and it was found that the consistency of the results of the two methods was relatively good.After the comparative analysis,the following suggestions were made:when the arsenic content in the samples is >60.0mg/kg,which is beyond the curve range of the atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the dilution of the samples with high concentration will bring errors,then X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is preferred;when the arsenic content in the samples is from 6.00mg/kg to 60.0mg/kg,the two methods can be used,taking into account that the sample pre-treatment of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is convenient,and multiple parameters can be measured at the same time and the measurement efficiency is high,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is recommended.
