人类命运共同体理念是以相互尊重、相互依赖、包容互鉴、合作共赢等为主要内容的全球价值观。“构建人类命运共同体”是应时代之变提出的中国方案,是回答时代之问的中国答卷,也是和平共处思想在国际关系问题以及全球性问题上的创造性应用。在和平共处的理论视域下探寻构建人类命运共同体的实践进路,要秉持平等互利的原则、打造利益共同体,传递国际民主的理念、形成信任共同体,达成安危与共的共识、结成安全共同体,弘扬全人类共同价值、共筑价值共同体,在“共商共建”的基础上建立一个“共享”的国际关系新秩序。

The vision of a community with a shared future for mankind is a global value system that focuses on mutual respect,interdependence,inclusiveness and mutual learning and win-win cooperation.“Building a community with a shared future for mankind”is a Chinese project proposed in response to the changing times,a Chinese answer sheet to the questions of the times,and a creative application of the concept of peaceful coexistence in international relations and global issues.Exploring the practical approach to build a community with a shared future for mankind from the perspective of peaceful coexistence theory requires adhering to the principles of equality and mutual benefit,building a community of interests,and conveying the concept of international democracy,forming a community of trust,and reaching a consensus on safety and security,forming a community of security,and promoting the common values of all mankind,building a community of values together,and ultimately establishing a“shared new order of international relations based on"consultation and construction”.
