摘要
“生物化学实验”是涉农专业重要的基础实验课,该课程的学习质量直接影响着学生专业知识体系的构建、技能的培养以及科研素养的形成。然而,传统教学模式存在教学目标与人才培养目标脱节、内容陈旧、方法单一及缺乏评估机制等问题,严重制约了实验课程质量的进一步提升。基于OBE(Outcome-based Education)教育理念,在潍坊科技学院涉农专业“生物化学实验”项目化教学改革过程中,秉持以学生为中心、成果为导向、持续改进为原则,重新构建了“生物化学实验”项目化课程体系和多层次评价方法,并在实践中不断完善和改进。通过项目化教学改革,成功提升了学生的学习效果,培养了学生的实践能力和创新精神,为实现应用型高素质人才培养目标奠定了坚实的基础。
“Biochemistry experiment”is a crucial foundational course for agriculture-related majors.The quality of this course has a direct impact on the development of students’professional knowledge,skill cultivation,and scientific research literacy.However,the traditional teaching mode has some problems.For instance,there may be a disconnection between teaching objectives and talent cultivation objectives,outdated content,a single method,and a lack of evaluation mechanism.These issues seriously constrain the further improvement of the quality of experimental courses.During the reform process of the“Biochemistry experiment”project-based teaching for agriculture-related majors at Weifang University of Science and Technology,we reconstructed the project-based teaching based on the OBE(Outcome-based Education)education concept.Our approach adhered to the principles of student-centered,result-oriented,and continuous improvement.The project-based curriculum system and multi-level evaluation method for“Biochemistry experiment”have been continuously improved and refined through practical application.The project-based teaching reform has successfully enhanced students’learning outcomes,practical abilities,and innovative spirit.This lays a solid foundation for achieving the goal of cultivating applied and high-quality talents.
