初唐皇子不仅是一支重要的政治力量,也是频繁参与宫廷诗创作的诗人群体之一。他们在《全唐诗》中留下了许多珍贵的篇章,为唐代文学繁荣贡献了自己的力量。初唐皇室重视培养皇子的诗歌创作才能,主要通过聘请优秀诗人担任府僚或教师、编纂系列类书供皇子检事缀文、频繁组织聚会为皇子提供文学平台等方式,提高皇子的诗歌创作素养,锻炼了他们的诗歌创作技能,使他们成为合格的诗人。

The princes of the early Tang Dynasty were not only an important political force,but also one of the poet groups who frequently participated in the creation of court poetry.They left many precious chapters in the All Tang Poems and contributed their own strength to the prosperity of literature in the Tang Dynasty.In the early Tang Dynasty,the royal family attached great importance to cultivating the prince’s poetry creation ability.It mainly employed excellent poets as government officials or teachers,compiled a series of books for the prince to read,and frequently organized gatherings to provide the prince with a literary platform,so as to improve the prince's poetry creation quality,exercise their poetry creation skills and make them qualified court poets.
