盾构近距离下穿既有线变形影响分析

摘要 随着地铁建设的不断发展,新建地铁隧道可能面临穿越既有运营地铁的情况。该类工程的风险等级较高。为确保施工安全,有必要对新建隧道下穿期间既有线结构变形进行研究。以广州地铁10号线工业大道站—大干围站区间近距离下穿广佛线石溪站—南洲站区间工程为例,在分析实际勘察资料的基础上,通过自动化监测与数值模拟相结合的手段,研究了新建隧道施工对既有线的变形影响。施工前制定合理的施工参数和施工中采取一系列保护措施,可以较好地保证施工安全。通过整理分析实际监测数据,研究了新建隧道下穿期间既有线的变形规律,将数值模拟与实际监测结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性,最后总结出了新建隧道下穿的影响范围,为同类型工程的管理和施工提供了参考。 With the continuous development of subway construction,there are the situation of the new subway crossing the existing operating subway with the high risk.In order to ensure the safety of construction,it’s important to study the deformation of the existing line structure during the underpass.The section between Gongye Dadao Station-Daganwei Station of Guangzhou Mrtro Line 10 through the the section between Shixi Station-Nanzhou Station of Guang-Fo Line is taken as an example,the deformation impact of the new tunnel construction on the existing line is analyzed and studied by means of automatic monitoring and numerical simulation on the basis of the analysis of the actual survey data.Before construction,formulating reasonable construction parameters and a series of protection measures are made to ensure the safety of the construction process.The actual monitoring data is sorted out and analyzed,the deformation law is studied,the numerical simulation results are compared with the actual ones,and the reliability of the numerical simulation results is verified.Finally,the influence range of the new tunnel crossing is summarized,which provides a reference for the management and construction of the same type of projects.
