摘要
在“双碳”目标下,分布式电源、电动汽车等新型源荷迅速发展,显著改变了配电网形态,对城市配电网安全稳定运行带来新挑战。虚拟电厂通过高效聚合、协同调度各类可调节资源,可以有效提升配电网运行承载力,对于电网安全经济运行意义重大。围绕支撑虚拟电厂运营的关键技术及平台架构开展研究。首先对支撑虚拟电厂智能运营的关键技术进行分析,包括灵活性资源建模与聚合优化技术、功率预测与可调容量估计技术、市场交易与优化决策技术;其次对虚拟电厂市场运营架构进行分析,并针对海量资源接入、资源聚合优化、市场交易决策等核心需求,设计虚拟电厂智能运营平台总体架构;最后结合实际业务需求设计虚拟电厂智能运营平台功能架构,以期推进虚拟电厂运营商系统的规范化与智能化建设。
Under the“dual carbon”goals,the rapid development of distributed power sources,electric vehicles,and other new sources and loads has significantly altered the morphology of distribution networks,posing new challenges to the safe and stable operation of urban distribution networks.Virtual power plants,through the efficient aggregation and coordinated dispatch of various adjustable resources,can effectively enhance the operational capacity of distribution networks,which is significant for the safe and economic operation of the power grid.This paper focuses on the research of key technologies and platform architecture to support the operation of virtual power plants.Firstly,it analyzes the key technologies that support the operation of virtual power plants,including flexibility resource modeling and aggregation optimization technology,power prediction and adjustable capacity estimation technology,market trading and optimization decision-making technology.Secondly,it analyzes the market operation architecture of virtual power plants and designs the overall architecture of the virtual power plant intelligent operation platform based on the core needs of massive resource access,resource aggregation optimization,and market trading decisions.Finally,the functional architecture of the virtual power plant intelligent operation platform is designed based on actual business needs,aiming to promote the standardized and intelligent construction of the virtual power plant operator system.
