青少年手机依赖的多家庭小组工作干预研究

A Study on Multi-Family Group Work Intervention for Adolescent Mobile Phone Dependence

不合理地使用手机容易引发青少年手机依赖,进而对其身心健康、学业表现和社会化造成不利影响。现有研究表明青少年个体的心理需求满足、家长的教养能力以及亲子关系是影响青少年手机依赖的重要因素。据此,采用多家庭小组工作方法对具有手机依赖倾向的青少年及其家长进行干预,并通过定量和定性相结合的方法测量干预效果。结果表明,准实验干预组的服务对象相较于对照组的服务对象有明显改善。青少年的心理需求在一定程度上得到满足,家长的教养能力亦得到提升,双方亲子关系更加和睦,青少年手机使用时间减少,手机依赖程度显著减轻。由此可见,针对青少年手机依赖的多家庭小组工作干预取得了短期的积极成效。

Unreasonable use of mobile phones can easily lead to adolescent phone dependence,which in turn has adverse effects on their physical and mental health,academic performance,and socialization.Existing research indicates that individual psychological needs satisfaction,parental parenting abilities,and parent-child relationships are important factors affecting adolescent mobile phone dependence.Based on this,a multifamily group work method was adopted to intervene in adolescents and their parents who have a tendency to rely on mobile phones,and the intervention effect was measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.The research findings indicate that the service recipients of the quasi-experimental intervention group have significantly improved compared to the control group:the psychological needs of adolescents have been met to a certain extent,the parenting ability of parents has also been improved,and the parent-child relationship between the two parties is more harmonious.At the same time,the use of mobile phones by adolescents has been reduced,and their dependence on mobile phones has been significantly reduced.It can be seen that the multifamily group work intervention targeting adolescent mobile phone dependence has achieved short-term positive results.
