摘要
在手术仿真实训系统中,针对无法同时展示仿真模型内外表面,以及无法兼顾切开仿真效果和交互式操作要求的传统算法,提出了一种犬胃切开过程的交互式仿真算法。不需要任何预处理流程,而是根据交互式操作的位置,自动生成对应的动态骨骼和蒙皮数据,以及作为内表面渲染的CSG几何体数据,解决了同时展示模型内外表面仿真效果和交互式操作要求的问题,实现了一个实时的犬胃切开手术实训仿真系统,并进行了初步的推广应用。实践表明,上述系统具有操作简单,效率高,渲染效果较好的特点,可以用于相关动物外科手术的仿真训练教学中。
This paper proposes an interactive simulation algorithm for the incision process of canine gastrotomy to solve problems of traditional methods that cannot simultaneously display the inner and outer surfaces of the simulation model and cannot take into account the simulation effect of incision and interactive operation requirements.Instead of any pre-processes,this algorithm uses corresponding dynamic skeletal and skinning data,as well as the CSG geometry data,both generated automatically based on the location of the interactive operation.A real-time canine gastrotomy simulation system for hands-on training has been implemented based on the paper,and initially promoted for application.The system is of high efficiency and better rendering,and can be used in the simulation training teaching of related animal surgeries.
