摘要
针对定子槽内线圈与绝缘材料尺寸小、热参数差距大而导致的潜油永磁同步电机建模复杂问题,开展线圈绕组简化等效建模以及定子铁心简化建模等效计算,得到其等效物性参数,并开展电机其它关键部件的等效简化建模计算。对原电机模型与等效后电机模型在空载运行时的磁力线与磁密进行对比分析,并重点对计算得到的空载反电动势进行傅里叶变换,得到A相反电动势的谐波幅值分布曲线;对原电机模型与等效后电机模型在负载运行时的磁力线、磁密与负载转矩进行对比分析,验证了等效模型的合理性与可行性。等效模型的建立,为潜油永磁同步电机损耗计算与电磁热耦合分析奠定了数值基础。
In response to the complex modeling problem of submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by the small size and large thermal parameter difference between the coil and insulation material in the stator slot,simplified equivalent modeling of the coil winding and simplified modeling equivalent calculation of the stator core are carried out to obtain their equivalent physical property parameters,and equivalent simplified modeling calcu⁃lation of other key components of the motor is carried out.The Fourier transform of the calculated no-load counter-e⁃lectromotive force is carried out to obtain the harmonic amplitude distribution curve of the A-phase counter-electro⁃motive force;the magnetic force lines,magnetic density and load torque of the original motor model and the equivalent motor model are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality and feasibility of the equivalent model.The establishment of the equivalent model lays a numerical foundation for the loss calculation and electromagnetic thermal coupling analysis of the submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor.
