摘要 传统制造系统在数据传输速度、系统互联互通性和实时数据处理能力方面存在诸多挑战。文中提出了一种基于5G技术与多接入边缘计算的智能制造现场通信系统。该系统分为数据采集模块、通信处理模块、应用与控制模块。数据采集模块可通过传感器网络实时捕获制造现场的数据;通信处理模块可利用5G技术确保数据的高速传输和低延迟处理;应用与控制模块则负责进一步分析数据和优化制造流程。最后,通过实验验证了该系统的有效性与准确性。实验结果表明,该系统显著提高了数据处理速度和系统响应速度,有效提升了制造效率和生产灵活性。此外,系统还支持高度的定制化和可扩展性,能适应不同规模和类型的制造需求。该研究为实现更高效、智能的制造系统提供了一种创新的解决方案,展示了5G技术在智能制造领域的巨大潜力。 Traditional manufacturing systems have many challenges in terms of data transmission speed,system interoperability and real-time data processing capabilities.This paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing field communication system based on 5G technology and multi-access edge computing.The system is divided into data collection module,communication processing module and application and control module.The data collection module can capture the data of the manufacturing site in real time through the sensor network;the communication processing module can use 5G technology to ensure high-speed data transmission and low-latency processing;the application and control module is responsible for further analyzing the data and optimizing the manufacturing process.Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the system are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the system significantly improves the data processing speed and system response speed,and effectively improves the manufacturing efficiency and production flexibility.In addition,the system also supports a high degree of customization and scalability to adapt to different sizes and types of manufacturing needs.The research provides an innovative solution for enabling more efficient and intelligent manufacturing systems,demonstrating the great potential of 5G technology in the field of smart manufacturing.
