基于高校用户体验的线上语言教学应用服务评价体系指标研究

摘要 线上教学以灵活便捷的优势受到学习者的欢迎。第二语言学习具有其特殊性,需在特定情境下进行人与人之间的互动,具有强烈的即时性和交互性。移动语言教学应用软件是线上语言教学的重要工具,具有较强的研究价值。文中介绍了线上语言学习的新形势,参考SERVPERF模型,结合专家访谈意见初步建立了线上语言学习应用软件的服务评价系统。根据该评价指标体系,对其进行信度检验和效度检验。之后,使用层次分析法确各个指标权,并计算组合权重。通过对移动线上语言教学软件服务评价体系的研究,可以更完善地评价语言教学软件,促进产品的改进,提高线上语言教学的质量。 Online teaching is welcomed by learners because of its flexible and convenient advantages.Second language learning has its particularity,which requires interaction between people in specific situations,and has strong immediacy and interactivity.Mobile language teaching application software is an important tool for online language teaching,which has strong research value.This paper introduces the new situation of online language learning,refers to the SERVPERF model,and preliminarily establishes a service evaluation system of online language learning application software based on expert interview opinions.According to the evaluation index system,it is tested for reliability and validity.After that,the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index and calculate the combined weight.Through the research on the service evaluation system of mobile online language teaching software,language teaching software can be evaluated more perfectly,product improvement can be promoted,and the quality of online language teaching can be improved.
