基于炼化企业的便携应急指挥系统设计

摘要 由于炼化企业的生产、存储区域都具有复杂的装置,这些装置会对无线信号的传输造成极大地干扰。一旦发生突发事故,应急通信指挥车就无法在第一时间到达事故现场,企业消防指挥中心也无法在第一时间掌握救援现场实时情况。因此,文中设计了一款便携应急指挥系统,其具备高度的便携性,能适应复杂地形和恶劣环境,可在企业消防指挥中心、应急通信指挥车与救援现场之间担任“桥梁”角色,无论是对企业消防指挥中心的指挥调度工作还是对救援现场的救援工作都能起到极其重要的作用。 Due to the complex installations in the production and storage areas of refining enterprises,these installations cause significant interference to wireless signal transmission.In the event of an emergency,emergency communication command vehicles often cannot reach the accident scene in time,and the enterprise fire command center also cannot grasp the real-time situation of the rescue scene at the first time.Therefore,this paper proposes the design of a portable emergency command system,which is highly portable and capable of functioning in any complex terrain and harsh environment.It can act as a“bridge”between the enterprise fire command center,emergency communication command vehicles,and the rescue scene.It plays an extremely important role in both the command and dispatch work of the enterprise fire command center and the rescue operations at the rescue scene.
