Design of Talent Recommendation System for Online Recruitment Platform Based on Artificial Intelligence

近年来,随着互联网的快速发展,网络招聘平台已成为企业招聘人才的重要渠道。然而,在信息爆炸的时代背景下,海量的人才信息导致企业难以筛选出合适的人才。文中设计了一种基于人工智能的网络招聘平台人才推荐系统。首先,通过分析人才招聘过程中的痛点和需求,提出了人才推荐系统的设计思路。其次,详细介绍了人才推荐系统的工作流程和关键技术,如收集、整理求职者和职位需求的相关信息,包括个人简历、工作经历、技能要求等。在机器学习算法的支持下,系统能对这些信息进行特征提取和模式识别,从而建立起个人和职位的特征空间模型。根据这些模型,系统能通过相似度计算和匹配算法,向招聘方推荐最适合的候选人。最后,对人才推荐系统进行了验证和评估。结果表明,该系统具有更高的准确性和效率,能有效提升招聘的成功率和速度。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the online recruitment platform has become an important channel for enterprises to recruit talents.However,under the background of information explosion,a large amount of talent information makes it difficult for enterprises to screen out suitable talents.This paper designs a talent recommender system for an online recruitment platform based on artificial intelligence.First,by analyzing the pain points and needs in the process of talent recruitment,the design idea of the talent recommender system is proposed.Secondly,the workflow and key technologies of the talent recommender system are introduced in detail,such as collecting and sorting out relevant information about job seekers and job requirements,including personal resumes,work experiences,skills,etc.With the support of machine learning algorithms,the system can perform feature extraction and pattern recognition on this information,thus establishing a feature space model of individuals and positions.According to these models,the system can recommend the most suitable candidates to recruiters through similarity calculation and matching algorithms.Finally,the talent recommender system is verified and evaluated.The results show that the system has higher accuracy and efficiency,and can effectively improve the success rate and speed of recruitment.
