摘要
随着信息技术的发展,旅游信息过载成为了一个突出问题。本研究利用知识图谱技术整合用户生成的旅游内容,设计了一个智慧旅游系统。通过实体识别和知识抽取技术,从用户生成内容中提取关键信息,并结合景点数据,构建了一个全面的旅游知识图谱。该图谱有效融合了不同数据源,提供了个性化的旅行规划建议,极大地提高了用户的旅游体验。以杭州市为例,本研究展示了该系统在实际应用中的效果,证明了其在解决旅游信息过载问题以及提升旅游服务质量方面的实际价值。
With the advancement of information technology,the overload of tourism information has become a prominent issue.This study utilizes knowledge graph technology to merge user-generated travel content and design a smart tourism system.By using entity recognition and knowledge extraction techniques,crucial information is collected from user-generated content,and a comprehensive tourism knowledge graph is created by combining it with data about tourist attractions.The graph effectively combines different data sources,offering personalized travel planning recommendations,and greatly enhancing the user’s travel experience.Taking Hangzhou as an example,this research demonstrates the effectiveness of the system in real-world applications,proving its practical value in addressing tourism information overload issues and improving tourism service quality.
