应用型高校本土国际化人才培养评价生态初探

An Exploration of the Evaluation Ecology of Local International Talent Cultivation in Application-Oriented Universities

构建科学评价体系是教育跨入新时代的前提和基础。针对本土国际化这一教育领域,要充分发挥评价“反拨”导向作用,通过评价生态的建构,积蓄足够的动能,从而提高应用型高校本土国际化人才培养水平。文章通过本土国际化的政策文本演变分析、文献整理,探寻关键指标点,梳理评价逻辑,从评价目标、评价过程、评价结果3个方面,探究应用型高校本土国际化人才培养评价生态,要树立融合共生的评价价值观、完善对标国际的评价标准、推进数字赋能的评价方法、探索突出质量的评价结果。

The establishment of a scientific evaluation system is the prerequisite and foundation for education to progress towards a new era.In the context of local Internationalization in education,it is necessary to give full play to the guiding role of evaluation in“reverse”.Constructing an evaluation ecology can accumulate enough resources to enhance the level of local international talent cultivation in application-oriented universities.This paper analyzes the evolution of policy texts on local internationalization,collates literature,explores key indicators,and sorts out the evaluation logic.It explores the evaluation ecology of local international talent cultivation in application-oriented universities through three aspects:evaluation objectives,evaluation process,and evaluation results.We should establish a fusion and symbiotic evaluation value system,improve the international benchmarking evaluation standards,promote digital empowerment evaluation methods,and explore the evaluation results that highlight quality.
