“一带一路”中的鲁班工坊:进展、挑战与优化路径

鲁班工坊旨在“授人以渔”,以其“产教融合”的独特方式,成为当前高质量共建“一带一路”的关键推手。通过与“一带一路”沿线国家合建鲁班工坊,不仅切实提升了“一带一路”沿线国家职业教育质量,也推介了中国的专业标准、技术装备和中资企业,实现了中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的互利共赢。鲁班工坊向各国充分展示了“一带一路”共商共建共享的理念。然而,鲁班工坊的国际化建设推广同样面临着师资匮乏与资金紧张,资源整合不足与交流局限,同质竞争与西方政治化等共性问题。优化鲁班工坊的布局与管理,提升鲁班工坊的核心竞争力,讲好鲁班工坊故事,打破外界质疑,深化二者战略协同关系,将使鲁班工坊进一步融入“一带一路”建设,以充分发挥“一带一路”和“鲁班工坊”的边际效应,增进民心相通,加快高质量共建“一带一路”,打造具有中国特色的国际职业教育品牌。

Luban Workshop has become the key impetus of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)through joint efforts.By jointly building Luban workshop with countries along the BRI,the mutual benefit and win-win results between China and the countries along the BRI has been realized.However,the international construction and promotion of Luban Workshop also faces several problems.Optimizing the construction of Luban Workshop will further integrate Luban Workshop into the construction of the BRI and create an international vocational education brand with Chinese characteristics.
