This paper comprehensively explores the food security assurance system,including the basic concept of food security,the structure of the assurance system,economic management mechanisms,and policy effects.The concept of food security encompasses four aspects:food accessibility,reachability,utilization efficiency,and supply stability,which concern not only the overall scale of production but also resource distribution and market operations.Productivity,reserves,transportation,distribution,consumption,and policies and management are among the several components that constitute the framework of the assurance system.The core focus of the economic management mechanism encompasses macroeconomic policies,market regulation,and strategies to mitigate market fluctuations.In terms of policy impact,transnational case studies illuminate the specific roles of policies in promoting agricultural output,bolstering market resilience,and improving farmers'living standards.
