摘要
师范专业认证要求师范类专业落实“一践行三学会”的人才培养目标。衡量方法是培养目标、毕业要求与课程目标经过定性、定量分析后是否达成。以英语专业为例,课程设置与毕业要求支撑关系矩阵不合理,致使一些认证指标未达到师范认证的要求。为解决这个问题,遴选出凸显“师范性”的学科专业课程,调整支撑关系矩阵,依据“产出导向法(POA)”的教学理念分析学科专业课程与中学教学的“联合点”,提出具体融入方案,以期达到师范专业认证的要求。
Teacher professional certification requires teacher training majors to implement the talent training goals of“one practice,three learning”,and the method to achieve its measurement is whether the training goals,graduation requirements,and course objectives have been achieved each other after corresponding qualitative and quantitative analysis.Taking English major as an example,one of the main reasons for the failure to meet the certification index requirements is the unreasonable relationship matrix between curriculum design and graduation requirements.The author proposes to combine the selection of specialized platform courses with teacher-oriented teaching by way of adjusting the above matrix based on the teaching concept of production-oriented approach.Based on the analysis of the“Joint Point”between professional curriculum and middle school teaching,the author provides an integration approach so as to meet the requirement of teacher professional certification.
