摘要
针对采煤工作面回撤液压支架时机械化程度低、速度慢、安全性差、人工劳动强度大等问题,以山西焦煤集团有限责任公司官地煤矿36406综采工作面为例,采用液压支架快速拆除设备及工艺,解决了综采工作面液压支架回撤难题,使用该设备及工艺后,人力投入降低37.5%,拆架工期缩短34.6%,同时提高了安全系统,改善了现场环境,充分发挥出了减人提效的效果,可在类似条件工作面推广使用。
In response to the problems of low mechanization,slow speed,poor safety,and high manual labor intensity when retracting hydraulic supports in the coal mining face,taking the 36406 fully mechanized mining face of Guandi Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,the rapid removal equipment and process of hydraulic supports were adopted to solve the problem of hydraulic support retraction in the fully mechanized mining face.After using this equipment and process,labor input was reduced by 37.5 %,and the dismantling period was shortened by34.6 %.At the same time,it showed obvious advantages in improving safety systems and on-site environment,fully exerting the effect of reducing personnel and improving efficiency.It can be promoted and used in similar working faces.
