摘要
我国煤矿粉尘危害严重,综掘工作面是重要产尘地点。通过应用fluent对辛安煤业有限公司1402综掘工作面粉尘进行数值模拟,得出了该工作面粉尘的运移规律。研究显示,综掘工作面的粉尘质量浓度最大,综掘机附近粉尘质量浓度不稳定,掘进机以后粉尘质量浓度随离工作面距离的增加而减小。提出了在掘进机附近设喷雾降尘的技术措施。
The dust hazards in coal mines in China are serious,and comprehensive excavation working face is an important dust producing location.In the article,numerical simulation of the dust in the 1402 comprehensive excavation working face of Xin'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was conducted using fluent,and the transport law of the dust in the working face was obtained.Research has shown that the dust mass concentration in the comprehensive excavation working face is the highest,and the dust mass concentration near the comprehensive excavation machine is unstable.After the excavation machine,the dust mass concentration decreases with the increase of distance from the working face.The technical measures of setting spray near the roadheader to reduce dust are put forward.
