基于断层带监测的自进式超前管棚可行性研究

摘要 依托宜遂高速公路严田隧道断层破碎带段,对严田隧道拱顶沉降和水平收敛进行监测,通过分析现场监测数据,验证严田隧道断层破碎带区域施作的自进式超前管棚可行性。研究结果表明:自进式超前管棚支护可显著控制隧道穿越断层破碎带时的围岩变形,减小发生塌方等灾害的可能性;自进式超前管棚充分发挥了稳固掌子面和加固地层的作用,大幅缩短工期,节省成本,结合缩短进尺等措施进一步保证了施工安全。 Based on the fault fracture zone section of Yantian tunnel in Yichun-Suichuan highway,the vault subsidence and horizontal convergence of Yantian tunnel are monitored,through the analysis of field monitoring data,the feasibility of the self-propelled and advanced pipe shed in the fracture zone of Yantian tunnel is verified.The results show that:the self-propelled and advanced pipe shed support scheme can significantly control the tunnel deformation when the tunnel passes through the fault fracture zone,reduce the possibility of collapse and other disasters,and ensure the construction safety;The self-propelled and advanced pipe shed gives full play to the role of stabilizing the face of the hand and strengthening the stratum,and greatly shortens the construction period and saves the cost.Moreover,the construction safety is further guaranteed by adopting the self-propelled and advanced pipe shed combined with the measures of shortening the advance length.
