摘要
在传统桥梁工程桩基础施工中,大直径深孔桩常采用机械成孔桩法。云南红河州逆深大断裂地带为褶皱与断层交织地质,该地质形成年代晚,地质结构复杂、地理环境高差达440m。在以上条件限制下,常规深孔桩冲孔施工方法难以实现。以元江至蔓耗高速公路土建项目桩基工程为背景,总结褶皱逆深地段25~40m深孔机械成孔桩施工技术,主要从技术特点、工艺原理、施工工艺流程及操作要点、材料设备及质量控制等方面进行详述。
In traditional bridge engineering pile foundation construction,mechanical drilling pile method is often used for large-diameter deep hole piles.The reverse deep fault zone in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province is characterized by the interweaving of folds and faults.This geological formation occurred late,with a complex geological structure and a height difference of up to 440m in geographical environment.Under the above conditions,conventional deep hole pile punching construction methods are difficult to achieve.Taking the pile foundation engineering of the civil engineering project of the Yuanjiang to Manhua Expressway as the background,this paper summarizes the construction technology of mechanical drilling piles for 25~40m deep holes in folded and reverse depth sections.The main aspects are detailed from the technical characteristics,process principles,construction process flow and operation points,materials and equipment,and quality control.
