基于BIM的民用建筑工程施工图二三维联审系统研究

摘要 当前的建筑设计审查仍依赖人工处理,工作中包含大量重复内容,规范条文信息量巨大、规范之间要求不统一,因此人工图审效率低,且难以保证图审工作完整和准确。通过引入BIM技术,发挥计算机处理重复内容方面的优势,能够大幅提高图纸审查效率,克服传统图审缺陷。重点阐述了图审知识库的构建方法及基于自然语言处理技术的规范语义分析方法,搭建了完整的自动图审系统框架,并基于此框架开发BIM自动图审系统,以用于提高图审工作效率,保证图审结果的准确性。 At present,the architectural design review still relies on manual processing,and the work contains a large amount of repetitive content.The amount of information in the specification is huge,and the requirements between the specifications are not uniform.Therefore,the manual review efficiency is low,and it is difficult to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the review work.By introducing BIM technology and giving full play to the advantages of computer in dealing with duplicate content,it can greatly improve the efficiency of drawing review and overcome the defects of traditional drawing review.This paper focuses on the construction method of the graph review knowledge base and the normative semantic analysis method based on natural language processing technology,builds a complete framework of the automatic graph review system,and develops the BIM automatic graph review system based on this framework to improve the efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the graph review results.
