摘要
生物医药行业是与生命健康息息相关的行业,在世界各国的经济发展中始终占据着重要地位。综述当前国内外学者对生物医药产业政策的研究,以广东省广州市2020年首次发布生物医药产业后补助政策为契机,总结分析2020—2022年广州市生物医药产业政策补助情况及存在问题,并借鉴国内外地区的经验做法,提出完善广州市生物医药产业统筹管理、推动生物医药产业科技成果落地、鼓励药企与医疗机构开展临床试验、加强生物医药产业补助政策宣传力度、多渠道发展壮大广州市生物医药产业等政策建议。
Biomedical industry is closely related to life and health,and has always occupied an important position in the economic development of all countries in the world.Article summarizes the current domestic and foreign scholars of biomedical industry policy research,in Guangzhou in 2020 after the biological medicine industry subsidy policy as an opportunity,summarizes the analysis of 2020-2022 Guangzhou biological medicine industry policy subsidies and existing problems,draw lessons from the experience of countries and regions,put forward“improve the Guangzhou biological medicine industry as a whole management,promote biological medicine industry scientific and technological achievements,encourage pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions to carry out clinical trials,strengthen the biological medicine industry subsidy policy propaganda,multi-channel development of biological medicine industry”policy advice.
