摘要
以工业大麻花叶为原料,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和热重分析仪(TGA)对大麻二酚酸(CBDA)的脱羧反应过程进行表征,分析CBDA及其脱羧产物大麻二酚(CBD)在不同温度(50~145℃)和反应时间(4~180 min)的含量变化,并开展脱羧反应动力学分析。结果表明,CBDA脱羧反应遵循一级动力学,初步推测最佳脱羧温度区间为95~125℃,加热时间50~70 min。
The flowers and leaves of industrial hemp were used as raw material to investigate the decarboxylation reaction process of cannabidiolic acid(CBDA)by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The content changes of CBDA and its decarboxylation product cannabidiol(CBD)at different temperatures(50~145℃)and reaction time(5~180 min)were analyzed.The kinetics of this reaction was also studied.The results show that the CBDA decarboxylation reaction follows the first-order kinetics.The optimum decarboxylation temperature range and heating time were preliminarily assumed as 95~125℃and 50~70 min,respectively.
