高阳煤矿综采工作面回风隅角低氧综合治理技术

Comprehensive Treatment Technology of Hypoxic in Return Air Corner of Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Gaoyang Coal Mine

摘要 针对22104综采工作面回风隅角低氧问题,提出采用以均压通风为核心的采面回风隅角低氧治理技术,同时辅助使用压引风器、导风帘、气幕装置等减少回风隅角漏风、增大回风隅角空气量。现场应用后,22104综采工作面漏风量大、回风隅角低氧问题得以较好解决,回风隅角氧气体积分数稳定在20%左右,取得了较好的效果。 In order to solve the problem of hypoxic in return air corner of 22104 fully mechanized mining face,a technology of hypoxic treatment in return air corner of mining face based on balanced pressure ventilation is proposed,and auxiliary devices such as pressure air inducer,air deflector and air curtain are used to reduce air leakage and increase air quantity in return air corner.After field application,the problems of large air leakage and hypoxic in return air corner of 22104 fully mechanized mining face has been solved well,and the oxygen volume fraction in return air corner is stable at about 20%,which has achieved good application results.
