破碎巷道围岩注浆加固机理与工程应用

摘要 井下巷道在临近地质构造时易受围岩破碎与瓦斯突出等灾害威胁。为解决山西兰花集团东峰煤矿2采区巷道交叉点围岩破碎、瓦斯逸散量大等问题,对水泥基速凝类水泥与水玻璃材料(C-S材料)的抗压强度、凝胶性能与黏度性能开展了试验对比分析,并进行了注浆工程应用试验。实践结果表明:注浆材料有效地封堵了围岩内部裂隙网络,通过胶结作用提高了巷道围岩整体的稳定性与承载能力。 When the underground roadway is close to the geological structure,it is susceptible to disasters such as surrounding rock fragmentation and gas outburst.In order to solve the problems of surrounding rock fragmentation and large gas escape at the intersection of roadway in No.2 mining area of dongfeng coal mine of shanxi orchid group,the compressive strength,gel properties and viscosity properties of cement-based quick-setting cement and sodium silicate material(C-S material) were compared and analyzed,and the grouting engineering application test was carried out.The practical results show that the grouting material can effectively seal the fracture network in the surrounding rock,and improve the overall stability and bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway through cementation.
