摘要
针对原有井下定向钻机开式钻进液压系统操控性能差、节能性差的问题,研究了基于负载敏感技术的钻进液压系统的构成与工作原理,采用AMESim软件对钻进液压系统进行建模与仿真分析,仿真结果表明基于负载敏感技术的钻进液压系统的压力和流量波动均在允许范围之内,而且动态响应速度较快。基于负载敏感技术的钻进液压系统的工作效率为64.7%,相较于原开式钻进液压系统效率(20%~40%),新系统更加节能。
Aiming at the problems of poor control performance and poor energy saving of the open drilling hydraulic system of the original downhole directional drilling rig,the composition and working principle of the drilling hydraulic system based on load sensing technology are studied.The AMESim software is used to model and simulate the drilling hydraulic system.The simulation results show that the pressure and flow fluctuations of the drilling hydraulic system based on load sensing technology are within the allowable range,and the dynamic response speed is fast.The working efficiency of the drilling hydraulic system based on load sensing technology is 64.7 %.Compared with the efficiency of the original open drilling hydraulic system( 20 % to 40 %),the new system is more energy-efficient.
