摘要 为了解决晋能控股装备制造集团寺河二号井井下排水系统自动化程度低、可靠性差、人工劳动强度高等诸多问题,以井下现有排水管网、通讯网络为基础,在PLC处理器、数据采集监测集控装置、组态软件的支持下,建成远程自动化排水系统。现场工业性试验表明:系统优化升级后,实现了泵房关键设备的远程启停、状态监测、能耗分析、智能诊断等诸多功能,同时,降低关键设备损耗,节约人工成本43.2万元,成功实现“错峰”排水,具有良好的经济社会效益。 In order to solve the problems of low automation,poor reliability and high labor intensity of underground drainage system in Sihe No.2 well of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group,based on the existing underground drainage pipe network and communication network,with the support of PLC processor,data acquisition and monitoring centralized control device and configuration software,a remote automatic drainage system is built.The field industrial test shows that after the optimization and upgrading of the system is completed,the remote start and stop,condition monitoring,energy consumption analysis,intelligent diagnosis and other functions of the key equipment of the pump house are realized.At the same time,the loss of key equipment is reduced,the labor cost is saved by 432,000yuan,and the ' stagger peak ' drainage is successfully realized,which has good economic and social benefits.
