摘要
针对甘孜—康定地震带在受灾时面临的应急通信激增需求,本文在分析了卫星、4G/5G、无人机通信技术特点的基础上,提出了无人机、卫星与4G/5G基站融合组网的无线通信方案。该方案根据受灾面积和受灾严重程度,将应急通信需求划分为中等规模和大规模两个层级。对于中等规模受灾,本方案采用无人机与4G/5G技术融合组网的方式,以扩大通信覆盖面积,满足用户的应急通信需求。对于大规模受灾,本方案则提出无人机、卫星和4G/5G基站联合组网的策略,旨在最大化保障受灾地区所有用户的应急通信需求。
In this paper,based on the huge increase in emergency communication needs in the Ganze-Kangding earthquake zone during disasters,we propose an integrated network scheme for emergency communication in the Ganze-Kangding zone.This proposal is based on analyzing the characteristics of satellite,4G/5G,and UAV communication technology.Depending on the area and severity of the disaster,the emergency communication needs of the plan are divided into two levels:small scale and large scale.For small-scale disasters,UAVs and 4G/5G technology are integrated to form a network,expanding communication coverage and meeting users'emergency communication needs.For large-scale disasters,a joint networking scheme involving UAVs,satellites,and 4G/5G base stations is proposed to maximize the satisfaction of emergency communication needs for all users in the disaster area.
