职前幼儿园教师就业焦虑的成因及纾解

摘要 本研究采用半结构式访谈的方式,对10名学前教育专业毕业生进行了30~60分钟的访谈,以了解他们的就业焦虑情况。通过访谈,笔者发现,在低生育率背景下,部分即将成为幼儿园教师的毕业生存在自我认知偏差。同时,缺乏职业规划是导致职前焦虑产生的根源。笔者建议,学校应在学生入学前后阶段引导他们建立合理的自我认知,并在校期间结合教学实际,开展差异化的心理健康教育,进一步完善相关服务,进行深入干预,并探索构建一体式的职业生涯发展教育培养模式。 A semi-structured interview lasting between 30 to 60 minutes was conducted with 10 graduates of preschool education majors to address employment anxiety.The interview revealed that pre-employment anxiety arises in the context of low fertility rates,and some pre-employment kindergarten teachers possess self-awareness biases.The absence of career planning emerges as the fundamental reason for pre-employment anxiety.We recommend that schools guide students to establish rational cognition before and after enrollment,implement differentiated mental health education tailored to teaching during their school years,enhance services,perform thorough interventions,and explore the development of an integrated career advancement education and training model.
