摘要
在悬浇拱桥施工技术中,锚扣系统的设计与优化对保障工程安全、提高施工效率具有重要意义。该研究以施工设计为出发点,综合分析了设备配备、材料选择及施工流程3个关键环节,并探讨了扣锚点的设置和扣锚索的张拉等技术细节,实现锚扣系统施工的科学合理化。研究采用了包括材料测试、设备参数调整和过程监控等一系列方法,确保了材料质量与施工精度。研究结果表明,通过优化扣锚索制作与安装、精确控制张拉过程,以及实施有效的拆卸策略,能显著提高悬浇拱桥施工的可靠性和经济性。
In the construction technology of suspended arch bridges,the design and optimization of anchor systems are of great significance for ensuring engineering safety and improving construction efficiency.This study takes construction design as the starting point,comprehensively analyzes three key links:equipment configuration,material selection,and construction process,and explores technical details such as setting anchor points and tensioning anchor cables,aiming to achieve scientific and rational construction of anchor systems.The study adopted a series of methods including material testing,equipment parameter adjustment,and process monitoring to ensure material quality and construction accuracy.The results indicate that by optimizing the production and installation of anchor cables,accurately controlling the tensioning process,and implementing effective dismantling strategies,the reliability and economy of the construction of suspended arch bridges can be significantly improved.
