无收缩灌浆料多目标逐级设计与性能评价研究

摘要 提出了水泥基灌浆料多目标逐级优化设计方法,从复合水泥最佳比例、粉体外加剂与水泥的适应性、掺合料对灌浆料强度性能的影响、膨胀剂对灌浆料膨胀率性能的影响、胶砂比对灌浆料性能的影响等角度,确定灌浆材料关键配合比参数,调整优化并综合评价灌浆材料的性能表现。研究结果表明,采用水料比为0.13、硫铝酸盐水泥占复合水泥的7%、减水剂掺量为0.7%、膨胀剂用量为41.2 kg/t、胶砂比为1∶1.2的用量配制出的灌浆料,其综合性能最佳。 The article proposes a multi-objective stepwise optimization design method for cement-based grouting materials,which determines the key mix proportion parameters of grouting materials from the perspectives of the optimal proportion of composite cement,the adaptability of powder admixtures to cement,the influence of admixtures on the strength performance of grouting materials,the influence of expansion agents on the expansion rate performance of grouting materials,and the influence of the cement sand ratio on the performance of grouting materials.The key mix proportion parameters of grouting materials are adjusted,optimized,and the performance of grouting materials is comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the grouting material prepared with a water to material ratio of 0.13,a proportion of 7%of the composite cement made up of sulfoaluminate cement,a water reducing agent dosage of 0.7%,an expansion agent dosage of 41.2 kg/t,and a cement sand ratio of 1:1.2 had the best comprehensive performance.
